Appointment Cancellations
Please allow 48 hours for your cancellation. (No-show policy: After you fail to show for an appointment, it may be necessary to secure future appointments with a credit card)
Your Appointment
To insure your stylist's availablilty, we recommend pre-booking 4-6 weeks in advance.
Weddings
We want to provide you the best service possible on your special day. Multiple services booked on the same day must be secured with a credit card. Your card will be charged for all service appointments unless they are canceled 48 hours in advance.
Product Refunds
We offer a two-week refund policy on all products purchased at Goldwaves with the exception of make-up. All make-up sales are final.
Gift Certificates
Our gift cards may be used for products and services only. These may not be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.

Re-Do's
We know that occasionally, your haircut or color will need to be modified. Please call us immediately after an appointment if you feel you will need something changed.
Re-do's on services must be done within 1 week of the original service.
